Finger Food Recipes

There are many recipes for muffins but a lot of them are not as nutritious as required when considering what to make for a baby eating finger food. Too many recipes for muffins, although delicious, contain a large quantity of sugar, making them tasty and appealing to an adult, but not necessary as healthy for a growing baby or toddler.
